Dan Savant


Dan Savant started his music production company, Savant Productions, in 1978. He plays trumpet and drums and originally performed with his band for all types of private functions in addition to playing for film, TV, and CD album recordings. Dan’s band performed at large parties for ABC, Universal and Disney Studios as well as charity events for The City Of Hope and Children’s Hospital. They also performed at weddings for celebrities such as Jane Seymour and Hugh Hefner.

Savant Productions Inc. moved into television and film recording and producing in the 1980’s. In 1997 Dan started Angel Song Inc. and worked with this newest creative company as Music Director/Producer for the Paralympic Winter Games of 2002 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Over the past 20 years, Dan and his two companies have been involved in music recording and production for television shows, records, major motion pictures and almost every major theme park in the world.

Dan’s solo trumpet playing can be heard on the film “Sin City” and on the Golden Globe winning film and soundtrack “Sideways”. Dan also produced the orchestral and choir music in London for Mel Gibson’s record-breaking film “The Passion of the Christ”. His most recent theme park credits include substantial work on Disneyland’s 50th Anniversary Gala Celebration events and producing all the recordings for the opening ceremonies and Television special of Hong Kong Disneyland’s Grand Opening.

Mike Watts


Mike Watts has actively worked in the music business in Los Angeles for over 25 years. Mike has composed with, orchestrated for, and played piano and synth for some of the most talented people in the world, including John Williams, John Debney, James Newton Howard, James Horner, Mark Isham, Lalo Schifrin and the list keeps going.

One of Mike’s first movies was the Clint Eastwood film, “Unforgiven”, and his favorite scores out of all of the movies he’s worked on over the last two decades is “The Passion” with John Debney. Some of the other films that round out Mike’s amazing career are “My Best Friend’s Girl”, “The Mummy III”, “Rush Hour III”, “The Black Dahlia”, “Spiderman 3”, “Evan Almighty”, “Chicken Little”, and many more.

Mike’s career is not limited to film as he has also been involved with several television shows including The Simpsons, Dancing With The Stars, American Idol, NFL Monday Night Football, The Grammy Awards, etc. and Mike sums up his career as an amazing blessing.
